Terms of Service
Last updated: July 31, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the SKALR US early-access page at skalr.app/en, including the voice and chat assistant on that page. The service is operated by Niklas Kreyenhagen, Auf den Höfften 32, 49434 Neuenkirchen-Vörden, Germany (“SKALR,” “we,” or “us”). By using the page you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the page.
1. Early access
SKALR is in an early-access phase for the United States. The page is provided for information and to let you request early access. Features, availability, and pricing are not final and may change or be withdrawn at any time. No purchase is made and no account is created through this page, and we provide no uptime or service-level commitment during early access.
2. AI assistant
The voice and chat assistant on this page is an automated AI system, not a human. It may produce inaccurate or incomplete answers. Do not rely on it for professional, legal, financial, or medical advice, and do not share sensitive personal information with it. Conversations may be recorded and processed as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the page or assistant, including attempting to disrupt the service, reverse engineer it, submit unlawful content, or use it to infringe the rights of others.
4. Intellectual property
The page, its content, and the SKALR name and branding belong to SKALR. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use them except to access the page as intended.
5. Website builder
Where SKALR provides a website through its website builder, that website is supplied as a hosted service for the term of your subscription. We do not owe a work product. The builder, its templates, the rendering and hosting system, and the generated page result (HTML, CSS, structure, and design) remain ours; you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use them while your subscription is active. When the subscription ends, the website is taken offline, and there is no claim to delivery, transfer, or continued operation of the generated page.
Your own content stays yours. Texts, images, logos, and business data you supply remain your property and may be used freely elsewhere after the subscription ends; we do not continue to use them. A domain you hold remains yours and is unaffected. Any setup fee pays for configuration and launch, not for the creation of a transferable work.
We may keep the website reachable for up to thirty (30) days after the subscription ends so you can reactivate it. Enquiries received during that period are stored for you and released on reactivation. This grace period is optional on our side and may end at any time.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The page and assistant are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKALR will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the early-access page or assistant.
8. Governing law
SKALR is operated from Germany, and these Terms are governed by German law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence applies.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms as our US offering evolves. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
